Business Analyst

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Assist in developing business process documentation, workflows, and process maps to support project goals. Support communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar analytics platforms. Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics. Prepare and present data-driven insights to project teams and business stakeholders. Assist with data validation, reporting accuracy, and ad hoc analysis requests. Participate in the design and implementation of technology solutions that address business needs. Assist with project management activities, including project planning, status tracking, and reporting. Conduct basic gap analyses and help identify opportunities for process improvements. Support user testing, training, and implementation activities during project deployments. Maintain project documentation and assist with tracking action items and deliverables. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques. Understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies. Familiarity with project management concepts and practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency with business and project tools such as Visio, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar platforms. Relevant certifications (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus but not required.
