Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy to implement tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and document individualized treatment plans, focusing on measurable goals to facilitate client progress and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary, ensuring the immediate needs of clients are met effectively.

• Lead psychoeducational programs and support groups to help clients and their families navigate the complexities of mental health during hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be clients requiring mental health support in conjunction with hospice care, including individuals living with terminal illnesses, their families, and caregivers. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
