To support efficient commercial operations, the full-time salaried Commercial Project Coordinator will manage logistics, documentation, and cross-functional workflows while coordinating materials and tracking project milestones in a dynamic construction environment with some remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Coordinate materials, deliveries, and job-site logistical needs to support field production teams Manage all project documentation, change orders, and compliance paperwork from turnover to closeout Collaborate with various departments to provide project-adjacent documentation tracking and support project managers Required Qualifications High self-motivation and accountability to meet strict project deadlines in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to notice discrepancies within project scopes Strong critical thinking and cognitive judgment to assess business and field impacts Proficiency in project management software platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience in logistics coordination or project administration, preferably in construction-adjacent fields
