Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Team. This role serves as a key resource for site leadership and cross-functional departments, helping to ensure efficient communication, accurate reporting, and smooth day-to-day operations. Theideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, possess strong administrative and organizational skills, and enjoy supporting employees at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities • Ensures accurate and timely preparation, receipt and distribution of correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents as requested. • Supports and works with all departments and cross functional teams for the benefit of the company as a whole. • Facilitates inter-department communication of manufacturing objectives with managers at the site. • Supports administrative needs of the production/operations/safety or other related functions. • Attends daily production meeting and other related operations meetings throughout the week. • Prepares month end KPI and other reports as needed. • Enters relevant safety, production data into the EGS system to comply with Company policies and ensure accurate reporting as required by the site. • Maintains company memberships, subscriptions, corporate accounts, etc. • Arranges travel, hotel, and auto for local and/or divisional employees and guests, as requested. • Plays a key role in coordinating site Employee Engagement, Community Service, and Employee Recognition Programs. • Schedule, prepare presentations, and arrange meals/ refreshments for site meetings and townhalls. • Handle incoming phone calls, mail, and packages, ensuring they are directed to appropriate recipient. • Maintain office equipment and report issues to IT as needed. • Greet visitors ensuring that new visitors are instructed on safety protocols. • Maintain employee access badge system ensuring that only those authorized have access. • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Knowledge in use of PC, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.) • Ability to prioritize workload to meet various deadlines • Interpersonal and strong organizational skills • Proofreading skills, excellent spelling • Data entry and typing • Timely, punctual, and motivated • Ability to manage sensitive information and confidential data appropriately • Able to multi-task in a high paced environment • Able to interact with individuals within all levels of the organization Why Join Our Team?
