Work Environment

This position is based in our modern outpatient facility located in Spring Creek, a calm community known for its welcoming atmosphere and beautiful landscapes. The team enjoys a structured schedule, typically Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing ample time for both professional development and personal life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, utilizing advanced assessment techniques to design effective treatment plans.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on each patient's unique circumstances and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Administer hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and restore function in patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Provide patient education on body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and exercise techniques to empower individuals in maintaining their health.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Compensation and Benefits
