Senior Events Specialist

This is a Senior Events Specialist role or a large, world-renowned law firm in Manhattan West: Responsibilities: Plans and executes internal events across the full event lifecycle, from initial intake and concept development through onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up. Partner with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, audience, format, run of show, and logistical requirements. Manages a range of internal events varying in size and complexity, including offsite receptions, team meetings, training sessions, partner programs, and leadership conferences. Provide onsite event management support, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure a high-quality attendee experience. Serves as lead planner for smaller-scale events and as a key planning partner on more complex, high-profile leadership conferences and firmwide programs. Coordinates all event logistics, including venue research and selection, catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, rooming lists, registration, materials, and onsite staffing. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and planning documents to ensure successful execution and alignment across stakeholders. Assists in the review of contracts for hotels, restaurants, and other related services for off-site events. Manages vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to support seamless event delivery.
