Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver targeted short-term psychotherapy services for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment models and psychotherapeutic techniques designed to address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Identify clients' therapeutic needs, including determining care levels and urgency, coordinating treatment plans under supervision from licensed psychologists and other health professionals.

• Provide crisis intervention, skills training, and supportive therapy tailored to individual and community needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, create detailed reports, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams concerning treatment updates and care coordination.

• Engage in continuous clinical training and professional development through departmental meetings and consultations.

• Work closely with colleagues to uphold high standards of care, participating in quality assurance efforts and clinical reviews.

• Remain compliant with all regulatory guidelines and best practices in the delivery of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will serve a diverse range of clients, including veterans, active-duty service members, and their families, who may present with various mental health concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses. The remote nature of our services allows for greater reach and access, ensuring that those in need can receive support and care from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate degree (Psy.D) in Psychology.

• A Master’s degree or above in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
\n
• At least two years of relevant experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with crisis intervention and treatment of dual disorders is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with the latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
