Required Qualifications: PharmD: Pharmacy, Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License Preferred Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
