• Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience, inpatient hematology/oncology experience, chemo certification, tele/telemetry skills

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care for adult hematology and oncology patients, primarily newly diagnosed leukemia cases
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, IV therapy, and electrolyte management
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Maintain central and peripheral lines, including PICC lines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure infection prevention and fall risk mitigation
• Document care using EPIC electronic charting
• Respond to Rapid Response calls and manage patient safety protocols

What You Need:

• Active Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years' RN experience, including inpatient hematology/oncology
• Chemo Certification (ONS required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• Ability to accurately manage IVs, blood products, and central lines
• Strong focus on infection control and patient safety practices
