Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team that supports vehicle fleet programs and customer service operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience, outstanding written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional support. What You'll Do Serve as a key point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal teams by resolving service-related inquiries. Manage a high volume of customer emails and case-related requests through a CRM system. Research customer concerns and determine the best resolution by coordinating with multiple internal departments. Assist with vehicle-related requests including vehicle ordering support, billing updates, insurance card distribution, report generation, and driver information changes. Follow up with customers by phone and email to gather missing information and provide status updates. Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and multiple internal systems throughout the day. Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all open issues. Support account management teams by providing administrative and customer service assistance. What Makes This Role Different? This is not a high-volume inbound call center position. Success in this role comes from: Managing a large volume of emails and customer cases. Researching issues and finding solutions. Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams. Providing detailed case management and follow-through. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office or professional environment. Strong written communication and professional email skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience working with multiple computer systems simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel. Strong data entry and typing skills (40+ WPM preferred). High School Diploma or GED required. Work Environment 100% on-site in a modern office setting. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Business casual dress code. Collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere with frequent interaction across departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rolling Meadows, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
