Job Description Sourcing Recruiter - Communications & Public Relations Job ID 3047033 Location Seattle, WA Duration 12-Month Contract Overview We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to support hiring across Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, and Corporate Development functions. This role focuses on developing proactive talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and delivering high-quality talent for critical corporate functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, market research, and partnering closely with business leaders to drive hiring results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals, and direct candidate outreach. Identify, engage, and assess candidates for a variety of corporate function roles. Partner closely with recruiting teams and hiring managers to understand business needs and calibrate candidate profiles. Conduct candidate outreach, screening conversations, and talent engagement activities. Present qualified candidates and pipeline insights to recruiting and business stakeholders. Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience. Experience supporting non-technical hiring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, and passive candidate engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Executive Communications, or Corporate Development organizations. Knowledge of the Seattle talent market and competitive hiring landscape. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders. Proven success building pipelines for niche or hard-to-find talent. What Success Looks Like Consistently delivering qualified candidate pipelines for active searches.
