Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable / Office Administrator to join their team immediately. This position is ideal for someone with previous accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a casual office environment and is looking for a flexible part-time schedule. The right candidate may have the opportunity for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic accounts payable functions.
• Open and review incoming invoices.
• Sort, organize, stamp, and file invoices.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Open and distribute incoming mail.
• Provide general administrative support to the office team.
• Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous accounts payable experience is required.
• Comfortable working with invoices and filing systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
