Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and professional training to independently assess and formulate psychosocial diagnoses, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.

• Collaborate with patients to co-create individualized treatment plans that emphasize their needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, like solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to effectively facilitate patient progress.

• Engage in active coordination with other healthcare professionals including clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers to enhance an integrated approach to patient care.

• Systematically document and assess treatment responses, regularly monitoring patient progress toward established treatment goals, both in face-to-face and virtual settings.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on monitoring treatment adherence, identifying side effects, and evaluating overall treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with substance use issues and other mental health disorders requiring detoxification support. Your expertise will help guide them through critical early recovery stages, enabling them to regain stability and health. Building rapport and trust with patients is essential as you help them navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
