Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs.
- Conduct patient assessment and ongoing reassessment to inform nutrition care plans.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families about nutrition, disease management, and self-care strategies.
- Document all interventions and outcomes in accordance with policy and acceptable practice standards.
- Communicate recommendations and progress clearly with the care team and participate in interdisciplinary rounds as needed.

Requirements
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
- Clinical nutrition experience, including patient assessment and care planning.
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ability to work in a clinical nutrition service within a healthcare setting.
- Availability for a 40-hour work week on a 5x8 days schedule.
- Eligibility to practice in the United States and ability to work in California.
