Bookkeeper

What You’ll Do
- Manage full‐cycle bookkeeping
- Handle AP/AR, invoicing, and vendor coordination
- Reconcile bank/credit accounts
- Maintain accurate financial reports
- Support inventory and purchasing
- Keep us audit‐ready and running smoothly
Who You Are
- Fast, accurate, detail‐driven
- Excellent QuickBooks skills, both desktop and online.
- A problem‐solver who loves clean numbers
- Organized, proactive, and ready to own the books
Requirements
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Manufacturing/distribution experience is a plus
