Customer Account Manager

Responsible for generating revenue by meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals and objectives within Sage’s existing install customer base for Medium Segment customers. Achieve success by driving sales through add on services attachment, upgrades of business care plans, and migration to additional Sage products/services and renewing existing services. These goals and objectives are achieved though effective management and coordination with channel partners, internal Sage teams and customers in your assignment.

*This role is hybrid - 3 days in office *

Manages renewals and generate upsells/cross sells with assigned customer base.

Develop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with assigned customers and channel partners on a consistent basis; resolve open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.

Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions

Utilize Fusion and Salesforce to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, close dates, pipeline and lead development.

Maintain a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting

Manage additional projects and assignments as defined by the needs of the business.

Develop and deliver qualified leads for SPC, SHP and Sage Intacct

Requirements:

3+ years indirect Sales experience (channel)

Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills

Detail orientated, with strong organizational and time management skills

Strong propensity for learning new systems and processes for development

Must be self-motivated and can work with a collaborative team environment
