Assistant Manager, E-commerce Marketing

THE ROLE VIOLETTE_FR is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Marketing Assistant Manager to support the execution and optimization of our E‑commerce ecosystem across .com, marketplaces, email marketing, SMS, and analytics. This role will play a critical part in driving performance and growth for our direct‑to‑consumer business across all E‑commerce touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both collaborative and results‑driven, working closely with cross‑functional marketing partners to ensure seamless execution and efficient workflows. They are highly organized, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Email & SMS Plan, brief, build, and deploy email & SMS campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, triggered) Collaborate with manager and creative team on content, segmentation, and personalization strategies Ensure campaigns are approved, QA’d and deployed accurately and on schedule Track and report on performance metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion) and provide insights for optimization E‑Commerce Assist in updates to the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop) for product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives Assist in creating and managing collection pages for use across marketing channels Assist in managing seasonal merchandising & SEO updates for the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop) Support A/B testing initiatives and monitor site performance while recommending optimizations to improve engagement and conversion Analytics Support the analysis of performance across .com, email and SMS channels Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 2‑3 years of experience in E‑commerce and email/SMS marketing, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion and/or wellness Experience with marketing and organizational tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, G‑Suite and Dropbox Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data Thrives in a nimble, agile, “roll up your sleeves” environment while maintain high standards for execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
