Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to accurately identify their mental health concerns and establish a therapeutic relationship.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Remain current with industry trends and best practices through continuous professional development, attending workshops, and participating in training programs as provided by the organization.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when necessary, making appropriate referrals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
