Classic Q, a fast-paced Upscale Sports Club in Newport Beach seeking a Restaurant /Bar Floor Manager reporting to the General Manager. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of bar/restaurant management experience, a winning personality, great customer service skills, and a passion for providing a great experience. Starting Pay at $75,000 annual salary.

Duties:

· Responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.

· Self-Motivated and Energetic Team Player willing to help others and get the job done.

· Fully hands-on with the ability and energy to continually direct and support staff in a confident and enthusiastic manner.

· Support Role includes assisting staff in all areas of the operation including running and bussing food when necessary

· Maintain complete knowledge for all liquors, wines, and beers on hand.

· Handling of guests in a professional and efficient manner.

· Provide a pleasant guest experience in all aspects of the operation

· Ability to work in a fast-paced sports bar environment and multi-task

· Basic knowledge of BOH operations.

· Staff Scheduling

· Sports knowledge and programming a Plus!!

· Ability to handle cash efficiently and accurately

· Must have an open availability

· Ability to walk/stand for 8-10 hours

· Avg. 45 hrs/week

· Aloha POS a Plus!!

· Background check will be conducted

Other Criteria

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support staff in day to day operations.
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and staff
