Client Services Manager

Clayton Services is searching for a Client Services Manager to join a well-established financial services organization in San Antonio. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for supporting client relationships, processing account service requests, coordinating office operations, and providing administrative support to a team of financial professionals.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000/year

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Process client account service requests, including distributions, beneficiary updates, address changes, account transfers, contribution modifications, and other account maintenance activities
- Coordinate client communications and ensure requests are completed accurately and timely
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation
- Maintain client records and documentation within company systems
- Support payroll processing and general administrative office functions
- Assist with office operations and ensure a professional client experience
- Monitor advisor licensing and registration requirements
- Support client events, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
- Collaborate with advisors and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Client Services Manager Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
Client Services Manager Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, office management, or operations
- Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, accounting, wealth management, or other professional services environments preferred
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Experience handling confidential client information
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
