divh2Home Health Aide/h2pThe Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the clients physical and emotional well-being for those clients living at RM Management. This position assists clients with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement, the Medication Administration Record (MAR), and other services as delegated by the RN./ppstrongEssential Functions (Including but not limited to the following)/strong/pulliAdminister medications for clients while remaining compliant with the Medication Administration Record (M.A.R.)./liliProvide personal/direct care to clients including household and hygiene care, not limited to dressing, showering, grooming, escorting clients and toilet assistance./liliExecute all required paperwork, documentation and reporting by state mandated laws./liliPerform routine procedures while complying with policys from RM Management both proactively and when directed by leadership./liliWorks to assure facility is in compliance with federal, state and local standards/regulations./liliEncourage clients to participate in scheduled activity programs./liliInform R.N. of medications or supply needs./liliRegular and punctual attendance./li/ulpstrongRequired Qualifications/strong/pulliHigh School education and CNA/NAR or H.H.A. Certificate preferred./liliUnderstand and adhere to the Vulnerable Adult and abuse policy, Bill of Rights and HIPPA./liliComplete a minimum of eight (8) hours of documented training./liliHigh level of independent problem-solving skills./liliAbility to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs. or more./liliExcellent written and verbal English language skills./liliExcellent listening and response skills in communicating with the client community./liliKeeps all client/personnel information confidential./li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications/strong/pulliExperience in working with older adults./liliUnderstanding of standard precautions used for infection control./liliAbility to read, write and comprehend instructions and documentation including medical terminology in English./li/ulpstrongAbout RM Management/strong/ppRM Management, we are dedicated to creating welcoming, supportive communities where residents and team members feel valued.
