Experience a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant supporting students onsite within a dynamic school setting near Bluffton, SC. This full-time role is designed for the 2026-2027 academic year, starting August 3rd, 2026, and concluding on May 28th, 2027. You’ll collaborate closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff to help students enhance their communication skills and achieve their academic potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and implementing speech therapy interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document session notes accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and clinical supervisors

Responsibilities:

• Support SLPs in delivering speech and language services to students according to IEP goals
• Prepare and adapt materials to meet individualized student needs
• Conduct therapy sessions (individual or group) as directed, providing consistent feedback to SLPs
• Monitor and document student progress, participating in team meetings when needed
• Assist with screening and assessment procedures as appropriate and under supervision
• Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive learning environment
