Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license or eligibility in South Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students within school settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Implement therapeutic interventions to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment
