Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This role focuses on making a meaningful impact in young learners’ communication and social skills through evidence-based interventions in a welcoming school community. Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Holds or is eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates considered.
• Previous background in elementary settings or pediatric populations is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.

Principal responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students using standardized tools and school guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech/language services.
• Deliver direct therapy (individually and in small groups) targeting a variety of speech and language needs.
• Work cohesively with teaching staff, families, and support professionals to maximize student progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate records, documenting student progress and caseload activities.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development.
