Construction Project Coordinator

RealREPP, a national full‑service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well‑established construction/engineering firm headquartered in La Mirada, CA to assist in hiring an experienced Project Coordinator. Responsibilities Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests Manage project data/documentation in Nexus Assist with schedule management Support change order processes and ensure documentation is properly maintained Collaborate with project managers, engineers & customers Monitor procurement‑related issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management (preferred) 1+ years Project Coordinator experience Proficiency with Nexus (preferred) Field experience (preferred) Strong analytical & organizational skills Ability to learn and utilize industry codes Effective communication skills Compensation Package Base Salary $60‑75k+ (based on experience) Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with match 10 days vacation time 5 days sick time Opportunity for growth!
