About This Role As a Senior Recruiter at Faire, you will play a critical role in scaling our Product, Strategy, and Design organizations during our next phase of growth. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that drives meaningful business impact. What You’ll Do Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and design structured and equitable interview processes Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (including outbound, referrals, and events) to attract high‑quality, diverse talent Lead the offer process through acceptance and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding Maintain strong data hygiene within our applicant tracking system and reporting tools to provide transparent, actionable reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress Serve as a steward of Faire’s culture, championing our values: We serve our community, We seek the truth, We are all owners, We embrace the adventure, We are kind Contribute to building an inclusive, equitable, and high‑performing team environment Qualifications 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑pace environment Resourceful, proactive, and takes initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles Passionate about recruiting Organized and has excellent time‑management skills Deeply cares about the candidate experience and employer brand, with impeccable attention to detail Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Data‑driven and has experience managing weekly pipeline reporting Salary Range San Francisco: $141,000 to $194,000 per year. Eligible for equity and benefits. Base pay determined by transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary location. The range is subject to change.
