Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' mental health, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning through interviews and standardized tools.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to effectively address issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Provide guidance and support to students and their families, equipping them with coping strategies and resources to foster resilience.

• Collaborate closely with school staff, including educators and administrators, to implement support systems that address student mental health needs.

• Document patient progress meticulously using electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring accurate tracking of treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
