Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Springfield, OR Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Springfield, Oregon, 97477! Location Springfield, OR Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Start Time: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Projected Start: 08/30/2026 | Projected End: 11/27/2026 Key Responsibilities Act under the direct supervision of surgeons to perform advanced first assist duties including suturing, providing surgical exposure, and controlling bleeding Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR technicians, and other surgical team members to deliver patient care in the Operating Room Provide first assist support for OB-GYN procedures including C-sections and robotic surgery, as well as general surgery including robotics Adhere to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies and procedures Fulfill OB call requirements on a rotating schedule (one week on, one week off) Required Qualifications Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License Successful completion of an RNFA program meeting AORN standards RNFA credentialing through either the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or the National Commission for the Certification of Surgical Assistants (NCCSA) Placement on the Oregon RNFA Registry Minimum of 2 years of RNFA experience with a strong focus on OB-GYN and general surgery Prior travel nursing experience required; local candidates will not be considered Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures in both OB-GYN and general surgery settings Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in overnight and on-call surgical environments Why Join Us Play an integral role in the growth and safety of an expanding OB-GYN service line at an established surgical facility Gain valuable experience supporting a high-acuity surgical team in a critical first assist capacity across multiple surgical specialties About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
