Marketing Manager

AdventHealth seeks a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for key service lines and market‑specific initiatives. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day marketing planning and execution for key service lines and market-specific strategies. Apply market research, analytics, and intelligence to develop competitive marketing plans that drive volume, share of market, and brand awareness. Build strong relationships with physicians, stakeholders, and community partners to advance AdventHealth’s strategic vision. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships with all stakeholders. Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of strategic, data‑driven marketers; hire, retain, and grow the team. Lead day‑to‑day strategic marketing for assigned service lines and/or dedicated markets within the region. Develop and maintain effective physician marketing strategies, including traditional, digital, and community outreach to drive referrals. Oversee website content and digital strategy, ensuring best practices and integration with social media to increase engagement. Collaborate with creative teams, setting clear objectives, providing timely feedback, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines. Travel as needed between locations. Qualifications Proven management experience and advanced organizational skills; ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong independent working style, excellent problem‑solving and strategic decision‑making skills. Experience managing integrated marketing programs: planning, volume‑driving strategies, creative concept and execution, corporate communications, digital and social media, media storytelling, project and event management, community sponsorships, outreach, and research analysis. Excellent presentation, writing, storytelling, copywriting, and AP‑style editing skills. Strong interpersonal, active‑listening, and diplomatic collaboration skills across departments and with external partners. Exceptional project management, organization, and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proven track record of integrated marketing initiatives delivering measurable results. Ability to analyze data to inform strategy and ROI measurement. Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure in a matrix organization. Ability to work with teams of varied skill levels and provide mentorship. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (required). Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
