Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing techniques that promote self-exploration and healing.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions to enhance relational dynamics and address conflict resolution.

• Engaging with families to improve communication patterns, build stronger connections, and resolve interpersonal issues.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that reflect the client’s therapy goals, preferences, and assessment results.

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders using appropriate assessment tools and methodologies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

• Providing clients with resources and coping strategies that support their ongoing healing outside of sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each bringing unique circumstances that require tailored therapeutic approaches. Your expertise in family dynamics will be instrumental in guiding families through restructuring their relationships and improving overall family well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Adept at working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and digital counseling platforms, enhancing client engagement remotely.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Direct experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
