ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive culture we’ve built today.

I’m a proud graduate of University of Arizona, a husband, father, and lifelong Arizona resident. Being born and raised here has allowed me to build strong connections within the community and better serve the people around me. Our agency stays active in the community through regular events and local involvement. Building relationships and giving back are important parts of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brett Overstreet - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
