Implementation, Adoption & Field Support Coordinator

At BlxckPay we are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-oriented professional to help employers and workers successfully adopt and use our payment solutions. This is a hands-on field and coordination role that combines customer onboarding, training, card delivery, worker support, relationship building, and coordination of BlxckPay onboarding team members located across multiple states. The Coordinator will help ensure that onboarding activities are organized, consistent, and completed according to BlxckPay ’s service and operational standards. This includes assigning and coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining communication with remote team members, monitoring progress, and providing guidance when additional support is needed. The position goes beyond simply explaining how the product works. We are looking for someone who can build trust, communicate the practical value of BlxckPay, generate enthusiasm, and help people feel confident using the solution. You do not need to be a traditional salesperson. We are looking for someone naturally charismatic and persuasive who can influence adoption through trust, enthusiasm, practical examples, and excellent service. WHAT YOU’LL DO Train employers on the BlxckPay web platform and guide them through their first transactions. Deliver and activate BlxckPay debit cards at farms, ranches, offices, and worker locations. Present the benefits of BlxckPay to workers in a simple, engaging, and practical way. Help workers install and use the BlxckPay mobile app. Explain card and app features clearly to people with different levels of technology experience. Answer questions, address concerns, and help turn uncertainty or resistance into confidence. Build positive relationships with employers and workers throughout the onboarding process. Resolve basic onboarding and technology issues and coordinate additional support when needed. Coordinate BlxckPay employees who perform onboarding activities in other states. Assign and coordinate onboarding visits, card deliveries, training sessions, and other field activities according to operational priorities. Maintain regular communication with onboarding team members across different locations to confirm schedules, assignments, progress, and completion of activities. Provide onboarding team members with the information, instructions, materials, and support needed to complete their assignments successfully. Promote consistent onboarding practices, messaging, and service standards across all locations. Monitor onboarding results and identify delays, recurring issues, training needs, or situations that require additional support. Collect and consolidate activity reports from onboarding team members in different states. Escalate operational, customer service, technology, or compliance issues to the appropriate internal team. Maintain accurate records of card deliveries, activations, onboarding activities, and field visits. Visit nearby prospective clients during field trips to introduce BlxckPay , generate interest, and identify opportunities for the Sales team. Maintain accurate control of cards received, assigned, delivered, and pending. Safeguard all cards and materials during transportation, assignment, and delivery. Follow BlxckPay ’s security, confidentiality, and data protection policies. Maintain regular communication with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and other relevant internal teams. Is comfortable speaking with both farmworkers and business professionals, including owners, administrators, HR teams, and executives. Can coordinate, guide, and motivate employees working remotely in different states. Communicates expectations and instructions clearly while maintaining positive working relationships. Can monitor multiple assignments, schedules, locations, and priorities simultaneously. Is comfortable following up with team members and holding them accountable for completing their assigned activities. Can identify problems, make practical decisions, and escalation issues when appropriate. Enjoys working in the field and interacting with people rather than spending the entire day behind a desk. Is organized, responsible, and capable of working independently. Has strong follow-through, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. REQUIREMENTS Experience in customer service, training, hospitality, field operations, customer success, account support, sales, team coordination, or another people-facing role. Previous experience coordinating employees, field teams, remote personnel, schedules, or multi-location activities is preferred. Conversational English required. Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, computers, web platforms, and digital communication tools. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and coordinate employees working in different states and time zones. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to farms, ranches, offices, and agricultural areas. Availability for flexible hours and occasional weekend or after-hours work based on worker arrivals, onboarding schedules, and payroll deadlines. It means helping employers feel confident using BlxckPay, helping workers understand its benefits, increasing card and app adoption, creating a positive customer experience, and representing BlxckPay professionally wherever you go. It also means ensuring that onboarding employees across different states receive clear instructions, complete their assignments on time, maintain accurate records, follow consistent procedures, and provide employers and workers with the same high-quality experience in every location.
