Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR operations and support departmental administrative functions.
• Process HR documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, including onboarding, I-9 verification, E-Verify, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, AG/child support garnishments, and employment verification requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance-related documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in both English and Spanish.
• Perform general administrative duties such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, and drafting standard HR documents and correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
