We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves. Depending on your strengths and interests, we have various nursing opportunities available.QualificationsAZ Fingerprint Clearance CardCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practiceA passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered hospice careStrong collaboration and communication skills with interdisciplinary care teamsAbility to work independently while effectively managing your daily scheduleExcellent time management and organizational skills to balance patient visits, documentation, meetings, and urgent needsComfort learning and utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systemsReliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance to travel throughout the service area
