Senior Manager, Market Research and Analytics - Eye Care

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager of Market Research and Analytics to support Eye Care Growth Initiatives by designing and executing market research, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable business insights for upcoming product launches.
Responsibilities
- Partner with brand teams to understand business questions and monitor Eye Care treatment landscape and launch dynamics
- Lead custom research projects from design through reporting, managing suppliers, stakeholders, and budgets
- Synthesize research and analytics findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making
- Support launch planning through segmentation, positioning testing, tracking, and patient flow analysis
- Develop and maintain launch performance tracking dashboards and present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Master's in Market Research, Statistics, or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of marketing research and/or analytics experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with prescribing and claims data preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI or generative AI tools, or demonstrated eagerness to learn them
- Strong analytical reasoning, project management skills, and written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage suppliers, work cross-functionally, and operate in fast-paced matrixed environments
