Regional Vice President, Northeast

Regional Vice President – Point of Care Diagnostics, USA We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth of our Point of Care Diagnostics portfolio in the United States. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategy to accelerate growth, increase market share, and achieve profitability. Manage the full sales cycle across hospitals, outpatient settings, physician offices, and distribution partners, driving new business and account retention. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity; produce accurate forecasts, pipeline, and reports using CRM tools. Provide monthly sales forecasting for capital and reagent sales; collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and supply chain to ensure availability. Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team; monitor performance metrics and implement developmental plans. Recruit, develop, and promote high‑performance sales talent. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, GPOs, IDNs, and distributors. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Training, Key Government Accounts, and Enterprise Solutions teams. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings. Contribute to budget planning, strategic agreements, and compensation planning; support internal process improvements. Travel 50–75% of time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related; MBA preferred. 15+ years of sales experience in a complex environment (capital equipment, medical devices, diagnostics). 7+ years of experience leading, developing, and mentoring sales teams with proven results. Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare market, clinical workflows, and top IDNs. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a solution‑selling environment; experience with large account development. Knowledge of value‑based care models and reimbursement landscape. Strong leadership, communication, and change‑management capabilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $151,200 – $207,900 (adjusted for geography, experience, and other factors). Potential commission based on company plan.
