You will lead the shift, ensuring our residents in the Skilled and Intermediate Units rest safely and comfortably. Expert Care: Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and specialized treatments per physician orders. Crisis Management: Act as the primary clinical authority, initiating emergency procedures with confidence and expertise when necessary.
