About the Role

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 8 years of management experience in local or regional government, transportation planning, economic development, or a related area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budgeting, strategic planning, staff leadership, and fostering intergovernmental relationships. A valid driver’s license is required, and professional certifications in related areas are a plus.
