What You'll Do

• Perform independent respiratory care procedures, including invasive and non-invasive treatments
• Respond promptly to patient needs and adapt therapies as prescribed
• Interpret physician orders and evaluate patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide consultation and recommendations regarding respiratory care
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies and procedures

What You Need

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license/certification (CRT or RRT)
• Ability to interpret physician orders and assess patient needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Experience in critical care environments
• Ability to work independently and handle changing workload demands
