Salary- $20-$21/hour Schedule- Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
What's a typical day as Records Coordinator? You'll be: Managing administrative tasks, including answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department. Utilizing Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook to respond to internal and external client inquiries effectively. Handling invoice reconciliation, payment transactions, and creating client profiles and portal access.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 2+ years of administrative assistant or customer service experience. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; legal industry experience is a plus. Possess strong time management skills and a keen attention to detail. Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
