Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies that guide them toward achieving their individual goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply scientifically-supported interventions to improve patients' motor function, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide valuable insights and guidance to patients and their loved ones to empower ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
• Monitor and Assess Progress: Keep comprehensive records of patient outcomes and modify treatment plans to ensure consistent advancement toward goals.

Education

• Completed a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement for further education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Hold a certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
