Job Description

Strategy Media Services (strategy-media.com) is a boutique media agency based on Madison Avenue, representing high-profile real estate and luxury brands nationally and globally. We are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our growing team in NYC. This is a hybrid position based in NYC, with 2 days in the office weekly.

Required: Minimum 2+ years of planning/buying experience and execution across digital media (Paid Social, Programmatic, Direct-to-Publisher, and other channels) with a focus on digital analytics. Must have in-platform experience with DoubleClick CM 360, GA4, Facebook Ads Manager, and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).

What You'll Be Doing: In the role of Sr. Digital Strategist, you will work as part of a team responsible for media planning/buying, campaign set up/execution, creative ad trafficking, and reporting for lead generation/performance -driven campaigns. Candidates must demonstrate at least 2+ years of experience in media planning/buying across digital media (including reporting), be able to juggle multiple tasks/deadlines, and work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

\n

\n
• Work with our senior team to develop and execute paid media strategies across Search, paid social, programmatic, direct buys, and other paid digital channels, ensuring alignment with client goals.
\n
• Set up and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn with the ability to analyze performance and optimize for results.
\n
• Set up and manage campaigns in our programmatic DSP (Basis), including weekly optimizations.
\n
• Manage the ad operations process associated with proper creative trafficking and management of placement tags and creative.
\n
• Be the account point person for coordinating creative assets for upcoming campaign launches.
\n

Analytics & Reporting:

\n

\n
• Pull and analyze data from GA4, CM360, Meta, and other platforms using Google Looker Studio to report and track campaign performance.
\n
• Create and present monthly reports that provide insights and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
\n
• Use insights to guide media decisions and provide client-facing explanations on performance metrics and recommendations for future optimization.

Media Buying & Campaign Optimization:

\n

\n
• Assist senior media team with developing media plans for our clients against defined consumer segments and buyer profiles.
\n
• Manage maintenance of campaign documents, including insertion orders, media flowcharts, and budgets, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
\n
• Manage paid social, programmatic buying campaigns, and other paid digital campaigns (direct to publisher etc), ensuring they are executed on time and meet performance goals.
\n
• Implement campaign optimizations based on data analysis, ensuring effective ad placement and audience targeting.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 2+ years of experience in digital planning/buying, with a focus on paid social, direct buys, and programmatic buying.
\n
• Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Looker Studio, and CM360 reporting. Some knowledge of GA4 is required.
\n
• Ability to create and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads and other media platforms.
\n
• Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns for better performance.
\n
• Strong experience with Google Looker Studio for reporting and campaign performance tracking.
\n
• High proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis, including pivot tables and data visualization.
\n
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and insights to both clients and internal teams.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless client–centric focus.
\n
• Extremely detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking skills.
