Associate Director - Patient Support Operations (Vendor Management)

Employment Type: Contract (12+ Months) Status: Accepting Candidates About the Role We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Vendor Management to support Patient Support Operations within a commercial pharmaceutical organization. This role will oversee strategic vendor relationships supporting patient services, reimbursement support, specialty pharmacy operations, hub services, financial assistance, and patient access programs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing third-party patient support vendors, driving operational excellence, leading vendor transitions, and partnering cross-functionally to improve patient experience. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic oversight of patient support vendors Manage vendor governance and accountability Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Manage SLAs and KPIs Ensure vendors meet quality and compliance expectations Patient Support Operations Benefits Investigation Prior Authorization Copay Programs Specialty Pharmacy Support Contact Center Operations Adherence Programs Performance Management Monitor KPIs and operational metrics Identify performance gaps Lead CAPA and corrective actions Present operational metrics to leadership Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Market Access Commercial Medical Affairs Compliance Finance Procurement Legal Project & Change Management Support new program launches Drive operational transformation initiatives Coordinate internal and external stakeholders Statement of Work (SOW) management Budget tracking Compliance & Risk Participate in risk assessments Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of experience #J-18808-Ljbffr JMD Technologies Inc.
