Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington State
• Appropriate credentials or certifications for SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is preferred
• Strong clinical skills within healthcare or educational environments
• Familiarity working with a wide range of ages and needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from preschool through high school
• Conduct evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
