Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their psychological needs and challenges.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, preferences, and goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methodologies, to support client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our electronic medical records system to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer reviews to stay informed about best practices and incorporate feedback into your therapeutic approach.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, continuing education opportunities, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult individuals experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will also work with couples and families to improve communication and foster healthier dynamics. By creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, you will empower clients to confront their challenges and explore solutions that promote lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, providing direct mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
