Order Management Specialist (No Sales)
Location: Torrance, CA
Salary range $50K - $55K
Full-time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
This position focuses on order processing, customer coordination, and logistics support. What You’ll Do Manage order entry, updates, and tracking using internal ERP/CRM systems Coordinate with factories and suppliers on schedules, quantities, and shipments Monitor and adjust delivery timelines based on customer needs Support forecast updates and weekly planning activities Communicate with customers, distributors, and internal teams via phone/email
Prepare and update quotes as needed Handle RMA processes (returns, discrepancies, follow-ups)
rack inventory levels and support stock management
Generate weekly/monthly reports
