We are looking for a Production Operator I to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare customer-ordered hardware by loading the correct software, verifying materials, labeling products, and preparing completed orders for the next stage of production.

This is a hands-on production role that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow established procedures.

What You'll Do

• Verify production orders: Review materials delivered to the production floor and confirm that the correct parts and quantities are included according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Load software onto hardware: Identify the correct software using the configuration station and load it onto customer-ordered devices by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Label products: Apply the correct software part-number label to each device to ensure proper identification and kitting validation.
• Organize completed orders: Keep production orders organized and prepare completed work for handoff to the Kitting Validation team.
• Follow procedures: Work carefully and consistently according to product-specific instructions and quality requirements.
• Maintain accuracy: Double-check materials, software, labels, and quantities to ensure customer orders are prepared correctly.
• Work efficiently: Manage multiple production orders while meeting deadlines and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or computer-related experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple production orders.
