Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Skilled Maintenance Worker:

• Ensure production machinery and facility infrastructure operate safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify root causes of mechanical or operational issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to reduce the risk of failures
• Complete hands-on repairs and equipment adjustments as needed
• Minimize production downtime by responding promptly to maintenance requests and equipment malfunctions
• Inspect machinery and systems regularly to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision diagnostic and testing equipment
• Ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods
