Business Development Representative

Role Slice Global is hiring an energetic and driven BDR to join our NY-based team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our founding team to help drive top-of-funnel growth and outbound pipeline creation. This includes identifying potential customers, researching buyer personas, initiating outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn), and booking qualified meetings. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, is comfortable picking up the phone, and is motivated to learn, grow, and have an outsized impact on our go-to-market motion. Join the first AI-driven compliance platform for global equity Mission driven team solving high-impact challenges in global equity, compliance, and tax Work directly with experienced founders and GTM leaders Accelerated career path in a high-growth startup environment Key Responsibilities Own outbound pipeline creation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Research and identify key personas at target companies Craft compelling messaging and outreach sequences Collaborate closely with founders, sales, and marketing Set qualified meetings for AEs and help improve conversion Track activities and pipeline metrics Stay current on product capabilities, buyer needs, and industry trends Experiment with AI and outbound tech tools (like Clay, Nooks, Apollo) Requirements 1 year of experience in B2B sales BDR, or lead generation roles Experience selling to CFOs, legal, or HR stakeholders - ideally at a high-growth SaaS company Proven ability to generate pipeline using outbound phone and email outreach and AI tools Strong writing and communication skills Familiarity with LinkedIn social selling and outbound tooling Resilient, competitive, and motivated by hitting targets Coachable, curious, and eager to grow within a startup Interest in AI and how it can be used to improve outbound work #J-18808-Ljbffr
