Technology Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description
As of October 8th, a powerhouse firm, is seeking a Technology Learning & Development Specialist. This role will develop and deliver technology and will be responsible for:
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Producing engaging technology training programs for attorneys and staff \n
- Coordinating new hire technology orientation and adaption across offices \n
- Creating training materials, quick reference guides, and e-learning resources \n
- Supporting the adoption of new technologies and workflows \n
- Collaborating with practice groups and internal teams to identify training needs \n
- Providing virtual, in-person, and desk-side technology training and support \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree \n
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm \n
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills \n
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly training \n
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) \n
- Experience with legal technology such as NetDocuments, Litera Create, or NTD is highly desirable \n
- Knowledge of AI tools and iTimekeep is a plus \n
